Method
- Heat oil in a skillet, sauté onion until translucent.

- Stir in crushed tomatoes and spices, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add cream and butter, cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice or naan.
