Method
- Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt.
- Cook chicken in a skillet with oil and 1 tablespoon of butter until browned; set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in remaining butter, add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and spices; simmer.
- Add cooked chicken and heavy cream; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with naan bread and steamed rice.
