Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Flavorings and Toppings
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries raspberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a greased oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Top with raspberries and sliced almonds immediately after baking.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the batter.
