Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté diced onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, toss to combine, cook 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve garnished with herbs and cheese if desired.
