  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for frying Oil

Method
 

  1. Mix rice, cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, bell peppers, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into 2-3 inch patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
