- Mix rice, cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, bell peppers, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 2-3 inch patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
Use leftover rice for best results.
