- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix rice, chicken, soup, broth, vegetables, and cheese in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and spread over casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Use leftover cooked chicken for convenience.
