Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash, prick, and rub the squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 45-60 minutes until tender and golden.
- Cool slightly, cut in half, remove seeds, and scrape flesh into strands.
Notes
Use a fork to easily scrape out the spaghetti-like strands.
