Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut squash in half, scoop seeds, and season with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.
- Roast cut side down for 30-40 minutes until tender. Scrape flesh into strands.
- Mix spaghetti strands with marinara and ricotta, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with basil, and serve.

For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or other herbs.
