Method
- Preheat oven to 400°. Bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour, then peel and mash.
- Reduce oven to 350°. Mix mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, rosemary, sage, and spices. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Combine cornflakes and melted butter; sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake 10 more minutes.
