Method
- Preheat oven to broil and line a baking sheet with foil and a baking rack.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl, being careful not to over-mix.
- Shape into 20 1-tablespoon meatballs.
- OVEN: Broil for 10 minutes, flip, and then broil for another 3 minutes or until cooked through.
- AIR FRYER: Air fry at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While meatballs are cooking, make the gravy.
- GRAVY: Add oil to a saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and saute for about 5 minutes, until translucent.
- Whisk together all the remaining gravy ingredients. Add to onions once onions are cooked.
- Cook the gravy over medium heat, stirring regularly, for about 4-5 minutes until it thickens.
- Place cooked meatballs in a serving dish. Pour the gravy on top and serve!
- STORE leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week or the freezer for up to 3 months.
Notes
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
