Method
- Pat dry salmon, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in skillet, sear salmon 3-4 min per side until golden.
- Transfer to oven at 375°F (190°C), roast 10-12 min until flaky.
- Make sauce: melt butter, sauté garlic 1-2 min, add lemon juice and zest, simmer 2-3 min.
- Pour sauce over cooked salmon, garnish with parsley, serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
