Ingredients
  

Shrimp Tacos
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
Toppings
  • shredded cabbage
  • salsa
  • avocado
  • lime wedges
  • cilantro

Method
 

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Fill each tortilla with shrimp and your favorite toppings.
  5. Serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
