  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)
  • for serving Lettuce leaves
  • for serving Sliced tomatoes
  • for serving Sliced pickles

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; form into 4 patties.
  3. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side; add cheese in last minute if desired.
