Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix rice, chicken, broccoli, broth, yogurt, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish, top with cheese, and optional breadcrumbs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or spices as desired.
