  • 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 oz Ranch Salad Dressing mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 0.25 cup butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a baking dish.
  2. Mix chicken, Ranch, cheese, bacon, sour cream, and soup. Spread in dish.
  3. Combine crushed crackers and butter, sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and sour cream.
