Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease.
- Combine beef, onion, pepper, corn, beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup.
- Top with tater tots.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until tater tots are tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese during the last 30 minutes, until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier kick, use hot taco seasoning or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
