Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 26 oz frozen meatballs about 30–35 meatballs
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
Garnish
  • chopped fresh parsley parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Spray slow cooker insert with nonstick spray and add frozen meatballs.
  2. Whisk together beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
  4. Mix cornstarch with cold water to make slurry, stir into slow cooker, and cook 10 more minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles, garnished with parsley if desired.

This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or egg noodles for a complete family meal.
