Method
- Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper, drain grease, and transfer to slow cooker.
- Add bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, salsa, corn, taco seasoning, and broth or water to the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Stir in uncooked pasta and cook on high for 30 minutes until tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier dish, use hot salsa or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
