Method
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Press 4 oz ground beef onto half of tortilla, leaving a border. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place tortilla beef-side down in skillet. Press firmly with spatula for 10-15 seconds. Cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Flip tortilla, sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese, and fold in half. Press gently with spatula.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, let rest for 30 seconds, and slice into wedges. Repeat.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a thin layer of your favorite burger sauce before adding the cheese.
