Method
- Heat skillet/griddle over medium-high.
- Press beef onto half of each tortilla. Season.
- Cook beef-side down 2-3 mins until browned.
- Flip, sprinkle cheese, fold, grill until crispy/melty.
- Slice and serve with toppings/sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a thin layer of mustard to the tortilla before adding the beef.
