Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, salt until a soft dough forms.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet, bake 8-10 mins until edges are golden.
Notes
For softer cookies, do not overbake.
