Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add sugars, beat until fluffy; then mix in egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients; add milk if dough is too stiff.
- Shape into balls, roll in sugar, place on sheets, press with fork.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, cool on sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool.
