Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet ingredients
  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.

Notes

You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
