Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Roast halved spaghetti squash for 35–40 minutes.
- Cool squash, then scrape flesh into strands. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, then add tomatoes, tomato paste, marinara, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix squash strands into the beef sauce. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
You can substitute other cheeses or add vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition.
