Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut squash, season, and roast for 30-40 mins.
  2. Scrape flesh into strands, mix with marinara and ricotta.
  3. Layer mixture in a baking dish, top with cheeses, and bake for 15-20 mins.
  4. Let cool slightly, garnish with basil, and serve.

Notes

Use fresh basil for best flavor.
