Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb pounds ground beef preferably lean
  • 2 cups cups white rice steamed
  • 3 cloves cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tsp teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon olive oil for stir-frying

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Add minced garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Serve the spicy beef mixture over steamed rice. Garnish with additional chili flakes if desired.

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
