  • 1 medium zucchini (for the mouth)
  • assorted varieties assorted vegetables for serving
  • 1 cup dip of choice (e.g., turmeric ranch)

Method
 

  1. Trace a skull shape on parchment paper, adjusting size to fit your platter.
  2. Prepare vegetables; set aside cauliflower for the skull, cut zucchini into a rectangle for the mouth, and keep olives for eyes, nose, and teeth.
  3. Lay parchment on platter, arrange cauliflower florets for the skull, add zucchini for the mouth, and place olives for eyes and nose.
  4. Use olives to create eyes, nose, and teeth, and arrange other vegetables or crackers around the skull.
  5. Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy!
