Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned carrot
Aromatics
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
Garnish & Seasoning
  • 2 green onions chopped green onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Sesame seeds
Oils & Sauces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Mix sliced steak with cornstarch and soy sauce; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables to the skillet; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Return steak to the skillet, add soy sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or chili flakes.
