Method
- Mix sliced steak with cornstarch and soy sauce; set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables to the skillet; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Return steak to the skillet, add soy sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or chili flakes.
