Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 4 pieces ribeye steaks about 6 ounces each
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon use high-quality bourbon for the best flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • to taste fresh parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Season steaks with salt and black pepper; let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil; cook steaks 4-5 minutes per side. Rest on plate.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  4. Pour bourbon, scrape brown bits, simmer 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cream, Worcestershire, mustard; cook 3-4 minutes until thickened. Serve over sliced steak, garnish with parsley.
