Method
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano. Cook in oil until golden and cooked through.
- Steam or sauté broccoli until tender. Add to the skillet with chicken.
- Mix sauce ingredients, pour over chicken and broccoli, and simmer until thickened. Prepare spicy mayo by mixing mayo, sriracha, and water.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, drizzle spicy mayo, and top with sesame seeds.
