  • 8 pieces sausages
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red onion red onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers bell peppers, chopped
  • 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss sausages, red onion, and peppers in a tray with olive oil.
  3. Mix chopped tomatoes, honey, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper; pour over ingredients.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked and tender.
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.
