Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets
Batter
  • 1/3 cup Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder optional
  • 0.25 cup Water
Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce adjust to taste (you add more if you prefer more heat)
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger finely minced
  • 5 cloves Fresh garlic finely minced
  • 2 tbsp Honey/ maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup Water
Garnish
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spring onions
  • Sliced Chillis

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture. Can be reheated, but will lose some crispness.
