  • 125 grams sugar

  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 45 grams sugar
  • 1 jar strawberry jam
  • 300 grams fresh strawberries
  • 1 tube pink food coloring

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare the cake mold.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and baking powder to make the cake batter.
  3. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar.
  5. Assemble the cake, spread strawberry jam, and decorate with fresh strawberries and pink coloring.
