Method
- Cut the bottom of each strawberry to create a flat base.
- Cut off the top third of each strawberry to create Santa's hat.
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream onto the base of the strawberry.
- Place the strawberry 'hat' on top of the whipped cream.
- Add a small dollop of whipped cream to the tip of the hat.
- Use mini chocolate chips or sprinkles to create Santa's eyes.
- Optional: Use melted white chocolate to secure the hats if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, firm strawberries. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
