Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, almond milk, oil, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
