Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad
  • 4-6 cups sliced stone fruit cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, etc
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups blackberries
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Slice all stone fruit thinly, removing pits from cherries.
  2. Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and thyme in a small bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently. Enjoy immediately or chill for 1 hour.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness of the dressing to your liking by adding more or less maple syrup.
