Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mash bananas and mix with melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of yogurt to the batter.
