Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix pumpkin, sugars, and oil; add eggs and whisk until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to wet mixture, stirring gently. Fold in nuts if using.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
