Method
- Season steak and shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak until browned, 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Cook shrimp until pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat, add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
- Pour in grape juice (if using) and simmer, scraping browned bits, 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes.
- Return steak and shrimp to skillet, toss to coat.
- Stir in parsley.
- Serve over pasta or rice. Enjoy!
