  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup dry white grape juice optional
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Cooked pasta or rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Season steak and shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steak until browned, 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook shrimp until pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
  6. Pour in grape juice (if using) and simmer, scraping browned bits, 1-2 minutes.
  7. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes.
  8. Return steak and shrimp to skillet, toss to coat.
  9. Stir in parsley.
  10. Serve over pasta or rice. Enjoy!
