Method
- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken, toss, and marinate 15 mins.
- Cook chicken in heated oil until browned, 7-10 mins. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli 5-7 mins until tender.
- Return chicken, cook 2-3 mins until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
