- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Return chicken to skillet, pour remaining marinade, and cook 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
