Dressing

Method
 

  1. Roast sweet potatoes until tender, then cube.
  2. Thinly slice granny smith apples and prepare other ingredients.
  3. Combine arugula, sweet potatoes, apples, feta, cranberries, and pecans in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle with orange-lemon dressing and toss gently.
