Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch dish.
- Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour into dish and spread evenly.
- Combine pecans, flour, oats, and sugar; sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add more pecans or oats on top before baking.
