Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease.
- Add soy sauce (or coconut aminos), sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Stir well to combine and coat the beef evenly.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat, stir in green onion.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve over cauliflower rice or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
Adjust the amount of gochujang and red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
