- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned.
- Add teriyaki sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Steam broccoli and carrots until tender-crisp.
- Divide rice into bowls, top with chicken and veggies, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
