Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Deglaze pan with chicken broth, then stir in butter mixture and cook until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
