Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet and dry salmon.
- Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Brush salmon with half of the glaze, bake for 8 minutes.
- Brush with remaining glaze, bake for another 8-10 minutes until flaky.
- Rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.

Ensure salmon is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F for safety.
