Ingredients
  

Salmon Fillets
  • 4 oz salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet and dry salmon.
  2. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brush salmon with half of the glaze, bake for 8 minutes.
  4. Brush with remaining glaze, bake for another 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  5. Rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Ensure salmon is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F for safety.
