Ingredients
  

Cheeses
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz gouda cheese, sliced
Nuts and Fruits
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh grapes
Bread and Sweetener
  • 1 baguette sliced baguette
  • 1 tbsp honey
Garnish
  • fresh rosemary sprigs fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Arrange the brie in the center of a platter.
  2. Place cubed cheddar and sliced gouda around the brie.
  3. Scatter nuts, cranberries, and grapes on the platter.
  4. Arrange baguette slices around the edges and drizzle honey over the brie.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve immediately.
