Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce for topping

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs for 12 minutes, then cool in ice water for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel eggs, slice in half, and remove yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and top with cranberry sauce and chives.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
