Method
- Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk, then combine with green beans, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of garlic powder or paprika.
