Ingredients
  

Green Beans
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk, then combine with green beans, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of garlic powder or paprika.
